For special solutions like guest workers and bigger groups applies the following rules:

For shorter periods than 12 months* add 12% of moms (VAT) to the price.

For periods longer than 12 months = (long term stay), no moms (VAT)!

*Please observe that student living always counts as long term living and as such is not required to pay VAT.

Due to a number of changes in the owners structure I am now the sole proprietor of Mäster Erik but my primary goals are to run a long term business considering both service and environment. Our organisation is as small as possible and we firmly believe that our size is our strength, with a flat organisation the distance between decision and result is short and usually immediately visible! Hawing satisfied customers and supply a service that on all points supersedes the "acceptable" level and doing it with market-level prizes. Our organisation shall always be known for professionalism, open-mindedness and a high degree of service.
