Totally 29 rooms of which 17 has its own toilet and shower. Two common kitchens and two common-rooms with TV-sets and cable-TV of which one is connected to the sauna and tanning bed (which is the only "in house" facility to which there  is attached an additional fee). Other facilities is the laundry loom, table tennis, gym, Cable-TV, internet, free parking and the possibility to rent a parking space with a 6 Ampere fuse for engine warmers.

The building also contain the Mäster Erik office and a few unfurnished apartments with two and three rooms.

Other tenants is the Family centre and the local museum of natural history and since the first of October  2004 the local baker and Café "Nisses Conditori" is gracing us with their presence.
