| We offer a personal stay in a sound and
healthy environment. The Hotel-floor consists of 17 rooms which is available for rent only per full semester (minimum of 5 months) at a price of 1750:- SEK monthly. All rooms differ in size and equipment but they all have both toilet and shower. Base furnishings contains a bed, desk, TV-set, chairs and a reading light. A telephone connection, cable-TV and an Internet connection is available in every room, (RJ45 connector, straight cable). It is possible for two people to share a room at an additional charge of 500:- SEK monthly.

There are three of them, one on each floor and all of them are equipped
for most housekeeping needs. Cleaning equipment is available on both floors and the task of cleaning the common areas is shared among the guest. The monthly rent for this is 1750:- SEK. There is no extra fee for any essential service like electrics, water or garbage collection, just take out the garbage bag when it's full and help keep the common areas clean and you will all be friends.

| On the middle floor there are two complete
two-room apartments with a kitchen and shower.
Additionally on the ground floor there is one three room apartment with kitchen and shower. All other information concerning our services is available via the menus at the top of the page.
